Privacy
ICDMine.com has no accounts and no login. The code search runs entirely inside your browser: the ICD-10-CM data is downloaded once, and every search happens on your own device. Your search terms are not sent to our server and are not stored by us.
- No patient information. Do not enter patient-identifiable information (PHI). The tool does not need it and is not designed to hold it.
- Saved on your device only. Saved Workspaces and your colour theme are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on that device and browser, and clearing your browser data removes them.
- Hosting. The site is served through Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
- Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free service, to count page visits and measure page speed. There is no advertising on this site.

This application is provided strictly as a coding-support reference tool. It is not a substitute for the official CMS/NCHS ICD-10-CM Tabular List and Alphabetic Index, the ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, payer-specific policies, or the independent professional judgment of a qualified, credentialed medical coder or clinician.
The data in this tool was extracted and, in a limited number of cases, programmatically interpreted from official ICD-10-CM source files. While extensive automated and manual verification was performed, no representation or warranty — express or implied — is made as to the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of the information presented.
No liability. The provider, developer, and distributor of this application accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any coding errors, claim denials, audit findings, financial loss, compliance violations, or other adverse outcomes arising from reliance on this tool, in whole or in part. Use of this application is entirely at the user's own risk. Every code selection remains the sole responsibility of the credentialed coder or provider of record, who must independently verify all output against current official sources before submission on any claim or record.
